Introduction
If you are considering becoming a Chemistry teacher or whether wondered what it was really like to teach chemistry, then this session from the ÂÜÀòÉç is for you. Come along to this session to find out what it is like to be a chemistry teacher. Hear from a panel which includes early career teachers, trainees and experienced chemistry teachers. They will talk about the application process, how they became teachers, how they progressed, the support they received and of course what it is really like to be a teacher! There will also be time to ask questions.

  • How do you manage practical lessons?  
  • What are some of the biggest challenges in teaching?

  • What is the best bit of advice for a person thinking about becoming a chemistry teacher?
