The AGM for the RSC Downland Local Section will be held at 7pm on Monday 11 May 2015 at the University of Sussex, Brighton. Light refreshments will be available from 6:30pm and there will be a lecture 鈥淚nventing Drugs in Academia鈥� by Brian Cox, Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry immediately after the AGM.
There are good public transport options. The University of Sussex campus is well served by public transport with Falmer train station on the south side of campus, and frequent buses on campus to and from Brighton. The adjoining A27 also gives good access by car. Parking is available on site.
As we have a limit on numbers at the event, we do need you to notify us if you intend to attend the AGM. To help us plan the catering we need to have a response by Friday 8 May.
