Chemistry World Science Communication Competition Live Final 2016

Introduction
Come and hear the finalists of the Chemistry World science communication competition give their presentations to a live audience and panel of expert judges in the Faraday lecture at the Royal Institution.

The event will also feature a demonstration lecture from Andrea Sella on the chemistry of the element mercury.

Doors open at 5pm for a prompt 5.30pm start.
This event is free to attend, but we recommend that you register to keep up to date with information about the event.

Andrea Sella , University College London, United Kingdom

Andrea Sella teaches and researches chemistry at University College London, UK. He gives regular public lectures, has advised for and appeared on several TV and radio shows, and writes ‘Classic kit’ - a regular Chemistry World column about chemical apparatus.
