Introduction
In celebration of Chemistry Week, the successful Principia mission to the ISS and the 175th Anniversary of the RSC, the East Midlands Local Section of the RSC have teamed up with the National Space Centre and an astronaut (!) to put on a fantastic Chemistry day.
 
Join the fantastic team from the Space Academy and volunteers from the RSC volunteers to take part in:
  • Mission: Starlight (the RSC's Global Experiment for 2016)
  • Space themed molecule hunt
  • Cloud Chambers
  • Life in Space talks
All in the exciting setting of the National Space Centre.  Plus - If you are one of the first 175 people to take part in the Global Experiment, you will win a ticket to a talk by the inspiring Astronaut, Chemist and one of the RSC's "175 Faces" Helen Sharman (at 14:30 on the day).
