Primary Science CPD: Science of the Tudors

Introduction
A hands-on, inspiring teacher session which will help you to raise pupil engagement in Science by contextualising learning into the fascinating lives of the Tudors. Note that transferability of activities to other eras will also be discussed.

This course will equip primary teachers with practical and instantly implementable resources to embed curriculum science into a popular historical topic. We will link KS1 and KS2 science learning objectives to the food, health and other challenges of the Tudor period and present ideas for cross-curricular activities that will truly inspire the scientists of the future.

Registration & coffee from 12:30. Museum tour available at 11:30 on request.
