18th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules (ECSBM2019)

19 August 2019 09:00 - 22 August 2019 16:00, Dublin, Ireland

Introduction
Since its inaugural meeting in 1985 in Reims, France, ECSBM has been held every two years in a different European country. These meetings attract leading researchers using traditional spectroscopic techniques including, Raman, IR, UV-Vis, fluorescence, NMR, EPR, as well as those developing imaging techniques applicable to the study of biomolecules, cells and tissues.

ECSBM is recognised as a leading international conference where applications in fundamental scientific research, medical and clinical sciences, and the pharmaceutical industries are explored. The scope of the scientific topics covered has recently extended  to the applications of biomolecular spectroscopy in the fields of biomedical imaging, anticancer research, drug delivery and nano-biotechnology.
