Introduction
The RSC Chemical Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (CNN) Symposium 2020 will take place at RSC headquarters, Burlington House, London.

The annual flagship event will consist of plenary speeches, invited talks, contribution presentations and poster sessions covering a wide range of topics in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology.

Nanoscience is the core of emerging technologies, in particular in energy, environmental and biomedical engineering, involving thermal catalysis, electrocatalysis, photocatalysis, batteries, fuel cells, solar cells, water splitting, CO2 conversion, sensors, water and air treatment, organ-on-a-chip, bioimaging, and drug discovery and delivery.

This symposium, organised by the CNN Group, covers the recent development in fundamental studies, novel material development and reactor engineering in these areas with the aim to provide a forum for researchers to exchange information, share ideas, and discuss recent advances and the scientific challenges.

Abstract submission deadline: 29 April 2020.  All abstracts to be submitted to Dr Clare Hoskins: clare.hoskins@strath.ac.uk

Symposium registration deadline: 29 May 2020.


There is no travel support from the organising committee, but the following prizes are on offer:

Best student posters: 1st prize; 2nd prize; 3rd prize.

Best talks from early career researcher: 1st prize; 2nd prize; 3rd prize.
