Success in Teaching 11-16 Chemistry

Introduction
If you are looking for ways to refresh your chemistry teaching, find new ways to inspire pupils, or dig deeper into the teaching and learning of chemical concepts, then this course will provide the solutions.
Whether you are an experienced or inexperienced teacher this is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and knowledge in teaching chemistry up to KS4. Sessions on spectacular demonstrations, the chemistry of art, modern analytical techniques and thinking skills are a selection of the stimulating variety in the programme. The hands-on nature of the course will give participants plenty of time to try things out and gain confidence. Participants do not need to be chemistry specialists.

This two part residential course runs over 5 days which is split over 2 terms. The course carries an ENTHUSE Award of £903 + VAT.
