12 September 2022 11:00 - 13 September 2022 16:00, Cambridge, United Kingdom

Introduction
This meeting marks the retirement of Professor Dame Athene Donald FRS as a Professor of Physics at the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge, and is jointly sponsored by the RSC/IoP Polymer Physics group, and supported by the Biological Physics, Women in Physics, and Complex Fluids groups. It will also include two panel discussions on the science policy issues that Athene has contributed so much to:
- The benefits of interdisciplinary working for science, and the institutional and cultural barriers that stand in its way
