On Thursday 11th鈥疛anuary 2024 the RSC Chemistry Education Research Group will host an online symposium 鈥� 鈥�#TownsFest: A Celebration of Professor Marcy Towns鈥�, the first in an occasional series of online symposia showcasing work in chemistry education research. Professor Towns was awarded the RSC Nyholm Prize in 2019鈥痜or outstanding contributions to the teaching and assessment of chemistry climate science and research increasing our understanding of learning in the undergraduate laboratory.鈥��
In this symposium, we will host a number of short talks from several invited speakers, as well as a plenary presentation given by Professor Towns.鈥�
