The workshop will be faciliated by Dr Mario Moustras who is a coach, facilitator and learning & development consultant. He focuses on leadership and talent development and delivers programmes that nurture better leaders and entrepreneurs and make their teams more productive. He works in three spaces: leadership and teams; entrepreneurship; and productivity & wellbeing.
Before becoming a coach, he worked for the ÂÜÀòÉç. Mario has extensive experience of leading teams in technology policy, in supporting small companies and at the academic – business interface. Mario has a PhD in chemistry, is a Fellow of the ÂÜÀòÉç and is a Chartered Scientist.
He trained as a coach and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) member of the International Coaching Federation. He has worked with leaders and managers across many sectors throughout his career.
- Understand what causes the Imposter Phenomenon and its effects;
- Recognise the behaviours of the Imposter Phenomenon that you might see in yourself or your team/group; and
- Develop strategies to manage your imposter feelings and build confidence.
