Introduction
With Global change creating enormous challenges relating to energy, food and climate change, an action is both needed and urgent. Addressing these challenges means advancing fundamental scientific knowledge, supporting excellence in chemical science research and maximising the number of future breakthroughs.
 
The is committed to enabling solutions to the world’s problems by working in partnership with professional bodies, academics and industry across the world. We endeavour to foster new interdisciplinary research networks, as well as working with the chemistry community to identify emerging areas of research to provide technological and sustainable solutions.
 
The main aim of the FRSC Forum in China is to provide an opportunity for scientists to acquire an insight into chemistry solutions to global challenges and to be inspired by the innovative and thought to provoke ideas from top researchers in China.
 
This sixth forum in 2024 will focus on “Chemistry & Health”. Our eminent speakers will present their views on how research in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and chemical biology can contribute to solving issues affecting human health and helping to create a better world.
