Introduction

POPsNet 2025, a conference on Persistent Organic Pollutants, is being held on April 4th at the ÂÜÀòÉç, Burlington House, London. The event will bring together researchers from the UK and Ireland to advance the understanding of all aspects of research into UNEP/UN-ECE POPS and to disseminate this information to the wider community, including researchers, regulators and industry.  We welcome abstracts for oral or poster presentations on the topics of human exposure and impacts, legacy & current use POPs, measurement and modelling of environmental levels, fate and behaviour in the environment, advances in the sampling and measurement of POPs, ecotoxicology, formation, sources, emission inventories and release pathways, regulatory aspects, the legal landscape.
